Chapter 33. Reconciliation (2)

He finally noticed she had unblocked him, and he was overjoyed. 

When he tried phoning her, she didn't answer, but he did his best to demonstrate how sorry he was. He simply hoped she would return to him; he had no idea how much she meant to him until the day she packed her belongings and left. Although he knew she would return one day because her belongings were still in the house, it still hurt him that she had left. 

He was outraged at first, but after further consideration, he realized he was in the wrong and that apologizing would not kill him. When work was finished and he considered returning to the apartment, she was no longer in, he changed his mind and drove to his friend's place. 

Wilson happened to be at home, so he accompanied Patrick, who refused to drink or smoke. Looking at his heartbroken friend, he wished he could either go on or report to the police and let them find her, but he couldn't. Patrick will undoubtedly hold a grudge.&nbs
