Chapter 57. Enlightened

When one door closes, another one will always open, as Avita discovered. 

She created a business after losing her job at the accounting firm. Although business was slow at first, it was gradually picking up, and she can now safely state that everything was OK.

 Her freelancing business was not doing well, but she was too preoccupied with SmileDream to be as bitter as she had been in the beginning. When she began cheating on Patrick, feeling bad about what she was doing and without sufficient and convincing reasons why hickeys were discovered on her body or why she was no longer as active as she once was, Patrick provided a way out.
