Chapter 38. She Was Married
"Really? Can this shed light on who kidnapped my sister?" asked Lily with an excited face. Sean nodded slowly. "Thank God. So, what should we do?"
"I'm sending the photo samples you gave me and also information from one of the Edison family's former assistants who was suspicious of one of their children. He said that one of Edison's children had a small child fifteen years ago," Sean said, which confused Lily again.
"There's a witness from the Edison family? Do you know him?" Sean nodded. "Oh my God, this case seems really hard."
"Very hard. I'm not sure it's going to work in a few months." Sean was a little pessimistic, but Lily was fine with that. The most important thing was that the criminal was caught.
Sandy came to bring food and drinks for Sean, but their conversation was interrupted. Afterward, Sandy came to sit beside Sean. He glanced at Lily, who was now busy reading the report given by Sean.
"Drink up; you must be very thirsty." Sean nod
