I nodded, a nervous smile playing at the corners of my lips. “Yeah, I do. But it’s not going to be easy,” I admitted, my voice laced with a hint of longing. “She’s currently in a relationship with Victor Walter.”

Clara let out a soft gasp, her hand instinctively reaching to cover her mouth. “Victor Walter? The rich and popular blonde-haired guy? The one who seems to have it all?”

I nodded again, my gaze fixed on a passing squirrel as I contemplated the complexities of the situation. “That’s him. He’s the epitome of charm and success, and it feels like he has everything Gloria could ever want.”

Clara leaned back, her brows furrowing in concern. 

“So, what’s your plan? How do you intend to win Gloria’s heart?”

A wistful sigh escaped my lips, carrying with it a mix of determination and uncertainty. “I wish I had a foolproof plan, bu
