Chapter 40. Two Lives (4)

Returning home, JunKoo quickly went to Jiwan's room with him, as the baby was already completely sleepy and would still need a quick bath and tooth brushing.

It wasn't late, it was only nine in the evening, so I just sat on the couch and stretched my legs onto the coffee table.

But like a bolt of lightning, JunKoo's words hit me. In a quick motion, I covered my mouth with my hand and rushed to my room, entering the bathroom in a sprint and leaning over the toilet.

Soon my entire dinner was being expelled, and my eyes started to sting. Lamenting, I sat on the bathroom floor and tried to catch my breath.

I hate vomiting.

But the urge came again, and it all started over.

I heard JunKoo's calm steps entering the room, but they quickly intensified, and he appeared running into the bathroom.

"What's wrong?" he squatted down beside me, pushing away some strands of hair falling into my eyes.

"Your curse
