Kaelynn’s POV

I still can’t forget what happened yesterday with Sir Daryl and me and what I learned about his past. What kind of mother would do that?

I washed my face and looked at myself in the mirror. Are they just like me, a child without a mother? Where is their dad, anyway? Do I even have the right to get involved in their family problems, or should I just shut up and let them deal with them?

I sighed and wiped my face with my towel. When I came out of the bathroom, I was surprised to see the twins sleeping on my bed.

“Morning, Kaelynn!” Daniel was happy to see me, but I threw the towel on them.

“It’s too early, and you two are already giving me a heart attack!” When I entered the bathroom earlier, it was just me, and the door was still locked. When I left the bathroom, these two were already on my bed, and I didn’t even hear them say anything.

“We’ve been calling your name, but you haven’t answered, so we went in,” Daniel said with a big gr
