Kaelynn’s POV

We returned to the mansion and went straight to Sir Daryl’s room; I was about to knock when the door suddenly opened, and the twins stepped out from the room, both looking exhausted.

“Kaelynn?” Daniel calls me, but I ignore him. Danrious and I looked at each other, and I looked away first. I don’t have to show him my fear. I’ll just treat him like an air here in the mansion.

“Hey,” he called, holding my hand and preventing us from entering Sir Daryl’s office. “What are you going to do?” He inquired earnestly, but I simply gave him a bored expression, as he always does. I drew my hand back and went inside with Sir Darenn.
