Rock Hard. Book 2. Chapter 1

Dallas quickly got dressed, tugging on the first shirt she could find. She wasn’t sure who’s it was, but it sure wasn’t hers. Then, with bare feet, she raced down the wooden steps, through the barn and out to the front. She breathed a sigh of relief when she saw the three man slowly getting to their feet. Thankfully, the fall hadn’t been nearly as far as she’d thought. At any rate, a giant wagon packed with loose hay had been parked beneath the loft the day before and it appeared that it had broken the fall.

“What the hell are you doing? Are you fucking insane?” she screamed as she closed the distance. She wasn’t sure who she was yelling at but she knew she was pissed at all three of them. Seeing how her brother started the mess, she whirled her angry eyes to him.

“What in the hell do you think you are doing starting shit like that? You could have killed them!” her face was flush and even though the sun was barely up, the temperature was already beginning to climb.
