Chapter 5

Christopher waited until he saw a light go on in her window before he took down the privacy shield and told his driver to take him back to Zellwood's.

Nadia, sitting by the fountain in front of the house, walked over to greet him. "I thought you might come back, but not alone. Did you tuck her in, Chris?"

"If I had, I wouldn't be here." He glanced at the house. "I need some advice. Have a nightcap with me?"

Nadia took him inside to the evening room. David was standing guard over the blackmailer. Christopher took a moment to inspect the man, who was stripped, gagged, and hanging by his wrists from a ceiling hook.

"What are you going to do with him?" he asked Nadia.

"Photograph him in a few more compromising positions with David. So much more effective than calling the police." She smiled at her submissive, and said to him, "My darling, I must speak with Chris." She glanced at the man&#
