Jhoanna’s POV

Our friends and even my brother let out a loud and overacting gasp when Hans told them I’m his mate. If only we could record their reactions. Samuel was terrified, while Rio was the happiest. The rest only laughed at my brother’s frozen state.

Dad reprimanded the life out of me for his car when I returned to Blood Moon during one weekend. Mom just giggled about it. She was quite pleased and, well, ultimately teased me regarding the ‘Hans is my mate’ thing and dad, well, dad is being dad.

“How dare he be mates with my daughter!?” He growled. His hands formed into a fist.

“My Alpha..” Mom cooed. “Do they have a choice?”
