Chapter 12. First Fight

Queen groaned as the sun’s first rays touched her face, warming her up. Her windows had been left open last night, allowing the cool breeze to soothe her. Her brain was still foggy from yesterday’s events, she tossed and turned on the bed, remembering what happened last night.

Gasping she sits up abruptly, only to find herself in bed, in her room, the soft breeze blowing the curtains.

“What’s the time? Why am I in my PJs?” she wondered to herself.

Looking at the time she jumped out of bed, she never stayed up in bed until 11 am. It was very unlike her.

Jumping out of bed, she sat back down. Dizziness and headache hit her like lightning when the complete events of last night hit her. Moaning, she covered her eyes with her arms. Her head felt like it was about to split in half.
