He moved to the wall, pulled his hair back from his face, and turned on the light while glancing at her form on the bed. He squinted. She wasn't Maya, no. Even yet, she didn't resemble Maya.
He promptly started the shower in the bathroom, allowing the water to envelop his entire body, bringing relief to his weary muscles.
