“Who’s Steve?” Carrie asked and Liana’s eyes popped in surprise.

“What do you mean who’s Steve. He’s my ex. I’ve told you about him before…”

“Have you?” Carrie shrugged. “All you ever talk about is Cain since the last two weeks, sometimes I fear you might summon him here.”

“Come on, don’t be like that. I have told you about Steve before.”

“Wait, let me think…” Carrie said and was going to pretend to think for a while and still sat she didn’t remember but then she actually remembered. “Oh my god, Steve?”

“Yes?” Liana sighed.

“The asshole that cheated on you twice?”

“Yes…” Liana sighed again.

“Oh my god, why is he sending you flowers?”

“You ask me.” Liana shrugged. “I’m just tired. Like why did he have to send it then and with that timing I thought it was Cain, it’s so bad…”

“How did Steve know where to send the flowers, is he in this town?”
