Chapter 7. Second Move

Emma furrowed her brow. “Tom said you wanted to make me your wife. That can't be true, can it? How could someone like me become the wife of Andrew Jonas, The Most Eligible Bachelor in Town?" Emma remembered the headline of one of the online news pieces that Sally showed her.

Andrew sighed in frustration. "What Tom said is true. And you are coming here, isn't it because you also agreed to become my wife?"

Emma nodded but blushed at the same time. So, was this a proposal? she wondered.
