Chapter 14. The Conference
Andrew Jonas sat in the back seat. His gaze fixed on his gadget. Occasionally, he smiled while reading whatever was displayed on the screen—weather, stock market indices, or just memes with sarcastic jokes. Clearly, the young man dressed in a dark gray two-piece suit was in a good mood. He no longer stared blankly out of the car window as he did a few days ago.
Tom, his personal driver, noticed the change in his young master's demeanor and wondered if Andrew was no longer bothered by the idea of finding a wife.
