I woke up to the sound of Alessandro’s gentle voice.

“You’re awake..” he said calmly “Goodmorning”

I stretched my body, feeling a sense of relief wash over me, the aches I had last night, gone, I had actually slept better than I had expected, I thought of attributing that fact to Alessandro’s comforting presence and tone.

“Good morning” I replied, smiling weakly. He handed me a cup of coffee whilst I was laying on the couch, taking a sip, I still couldn’t believe we both fit on the couch and even more interesting, he had slept over at my house.

“Thanks for staying with me last night” my voice soft.
