Chapter 10. Her Savior

Opening her eyes, she felt disoriented and saw a man looking out the window. As he turned, she saw his masculine face, and he was speaking to her, but it just did not register.

“Are you okay?”

“Yes. Who am I, and who are you?” She was confused.

“Oh no. I think she has amnesia. Please call Dr. Maris,” he whispered as his assistant Maria entered the room.

Maria was also shocked at her boss Nathaniel because he was always indifferent and cold to others. There must be something about her; that is why he is like that. Our boss is in love, she chuckled to herself. She was happy for him. He had always been a good boss to her and her colleagues.

“It’s alright. You were in an accident. I am Nathaniel. I do not know who you are, but can I call you Allison?” he said, calmly looking at her and observing her reaction.
