Chapter 22. The Pregnancy
Days later, her suspicions were confirmed when she started to vomit and have morning sickness. Don’t get her wrong, although she had never been pregnant, she had friends who went through having a baby. When she thought about that she was completely sad because instead of supporting her through tough times. It was as if they vanished. Maybe they did not know what to say to her and how to act, so she consoled herself. She had mixed feelings about the unborn baby. There was a sense of frustration and acceptance that she was feeling about her situation. Something that she could not comprehend let alone ponder upon that she would be feeling this way, especially the trauma and that the baby was not conceived with love.
