William’s POV

I picked up my briefcase and started to head downstairs. Someone was already waiting and ready to take it from me. I had spent the previous night sharing everything: the estates, the businesses, what I was entitled to, and what Nathan couldn’t touch.

Naturally, more went to him since his father was the owner of Alastor group, but the old man had been so generous enough to hand over a couple of the business shares to me, and I was going to Nathan’s with the signed documents to remind him that some of that wealth and business was mine and couldn’t be touched.

I thought I could do without Lucien’s deal, but I couldn’t. I spent the last few weeks just mopping at home. I had some estates to manage, but that wasn’t interesting work, and anyway, any proceeds from that venture went straight into an account I could not touch.
