“Wait,” He requested as I was about unfastening my seatbelt and I turned to look at him, arching my eyebrows. “Yes?”
He scratched the back of his neck, “I was wondering if you were comfortable with your outfit.” My eyes lowered and scanned through my outfit. I was putting one a simple blue gown and a pair of black loafers, which was my work shoe.
“What’s wrong with it?” I asked.
“I was thinking that we could like—”
“Go on a date?” I blurted out.
His eyes lit up, “Yes!”
“Yes?” I asked, suprised that he bought the idea.
“Yes, we could drive towards the boutique close by to check if they are still opened.”
Wait, are we about to have an actual date? I pinched myself in an effort to snap out of my lucid dream but it wasn’t one.
“There’s no need,” I said, looking away. “Let’s go.” With that, I opened the door and got out of the car as he did.
