JOSEPH'S POV

It was dead into the night when I woke up to see everywhere dark and cold. It had rained in the evening. My forehead was covered in a towel, it was warm, like It had not absorbed all the hotness I was feeling. I slowly got up, my head banged so much I held my head, my eyes were hot like there was spice in it.
