Chapter 8

Aubrey narrowed her eyes at him and lifted her brows before saying, “You’ve got to be crazy!” Then, she snapped both of her brows as she stared daggers at Collin Hendricks for trying to be naughty with her.

“I am crazy about you, Aubrey,” he teased her some more, but when the woman’s nostrils flared with anger, he decided to stop. “If you are not going to do it with me again, then goodnight,” he said and started taking his clothes off.

She was taken aback when he suddenly stripped down to his underwear right in front of her eyes. It was not her first time seeing his masculine body but she was shocked nonetheless. Was he planning to exact his vengeance on her in some way? “Can you tell me what you are doing now?”

“Preparing for bed,” he replied and then he walked towards Aubrey, as if he wanted to tease her even further. “Come on, let’s shower together to save some water,” he said while trying to take her into the bathroom.
