The appetizing dinner was served by the maids as the couple settled down on their respective seats, and the quietness hung in the air.

“Everyone, leave…” Adam ordered the maids, who left immediately, leaving them alone in the big dining hall.

Grace forced herself to act normal but the palpitation thrived in her heart, leading to the uneven heartbeat.

“Ahem…” Adam cleared his throat before matching his gaze with Grace, who had the slightest change in her appearance.

A moment of silence evolved even more when Grace resembled Faith. His eyes widened, seeing the shadow of Faith on Grace. A light makeup, combing her hair in the way Faith used to do, and a bright color dress. For a second, Adam forgot to breathe, seeing Grace.

Adam averted his gaze and said, “Grace, you don’t have to post pictures or anything from now on, and even if there is any doubt or chaos, I will handle that.”

Grace’s bafflement reached a peak. Wasn’t he the one who told her to
