Chapter 28. Attacked!

“Enzo, what are you doing? Put that weapon away!” Alicia stared with fear in her eyes as she slowly drew back. The door was locked. Nowhere to run to.

Enzo chuckled, steadying the lightsaber. “You brought this on yourself, and now you have to pay!” He drove the lightsaber upward with a powerful thrust, intending to slay Alicia.

Alicia moved away from harm’s way. She had finally summoned the courage to fight through the difficult situation she found herself in. This was the opposite of what she expected from Enzo.

As Enzo charged toward her as before, she flipped.

“Is that all you can do?” Enzo glared with evil and hate in his eyes.
