Claire rolled her eyes at Sam's playfulness, but then they both noticed something. They both looked at each other and then leaned against the tree as if they were talking about archery in a casual way.

Then, out of nowhere, a big man came out from behind the tree. He nodded at Sam and bowed to Claire. "Luna, there is someone at the gate who wants to see you." He said in a deep voice.

Claire's eyebrows furrowed up in confusion. "Oh, you're here to see me? "Who's there?" She did.

He straightened up, and a rather unhappy look came over his face. "He said that he is your brother."

Claire's eyes got bigger as tears started to form around her eyelids. She jumped up and ran as fast as she could toward the front gate. She could hear the man behind her yelling her name and telling her to stop, but she was determined to see her older brother.
