Chapter 43. The Torment

Celeste’s POV

“Are you done with your incessant whining?” Evelyn asked me cruelly, her glare still fixed onto me “You can go now, I don’t wish to see your face any longer.”

“No,” I grunted as I pulled myself to my feet, the pain in my face still throbbed, but I needed to push past it now “You’re an evil little bitch!” I spat my words.
