Chapter 13. Does She Know How to Act Like a Luna?

Caleb’s POV

Today Dad led us into one of the smaller conference rooms as we were just me, Selena, Dad, mom, Jamie, and Zane. I’m about to close the door when Beta John and Gamma Brandon walk in with their mates—Catherine and Zarina. They are my parents’ Beta and Gamma pairs, and my favorite uncles and aunts, besides Amber.

“Whoa there, Caleb! We are going to be here too.” Uncle John says with a laugh, and I look out after Aunt Zarina comes in for any other who might attend, but the hallway is empty now, so I close the door.

All of the chairs are occupied by the four extra people, but Dad explains this is a matter we all need to be in on, which is why he asked them to be here. Like Dad, my uncles have had their sons tend to most ranked Beta and Gamma duties these last two years, preparing us for the taking over. Now that I have found Selena and we have accepted each other, I wonder how long Dad will find it necessary to keep the Alpha title before passing it
