Crap.

They were right… and I should’ve listened to them. Since then, Anton warned me not to drink too much. I had a very low alcohol tolerance that even just three shots of tequila would knock me down.

Which was what exactly happened last night. As far as I remember, I didn’t make it to my fifth shot. I decided to go home because my phone received a missed call from Lyle. I called my driver, and then I joined the family for dinner. I remember having a talk with Lyle about establishing boundaries between us. Simply because sometimes, he forgot there was one. I needed to remind him, especially now that Dylan was in the picture, and there was a huge chance he and my husband would meet at court hearings and family events.
