While there are three types of Alphas, there are only two types of Omegas. The ordinary Omegas and the Lunas. 

Lunas are the embodiment of the Moon mother in wolf form. It is said that a pack where a Luna surface is a blessed pack. The life of a Luna cannot be taken. The only way to kill a Luna is to absorb its power, and then kill it. Since a fully developed Luna is even more powerful than a True Alpha, the only person who can absorb their powers is a Supreme Alpha. Now, Lunas are not as scarce as Supreme Alphas, but they are not common either. Because while Supreme Alphas are made, Lunas are born. In the whole Blue Moon, there were only three known Lunas. They were said to be ancient, almost at the end of their lives, and they all belong to massive and powerful packs. If word should spread that Blue-Mist alone has two of these special creatures, powerful Alphas from other packs and regions would storm Blue-Mist to ask for their hands in marriage.
