Chapter 89. Christine’s Apprehension

After running for what seemed like an eternity she was sure that she must have gotten put off the search by the police but who was she kidding? Word had gotten out that she was at a local supermarket trying to get some change of clothes and that was how she was caught.

It was unexpected as she was not hoping to get caught that easily as for what Christine was thinking after shopping at this supermarket she was going to disguise herself and she had someone who had made fake documents with fake names for her so she could leave the country.

She was throwing Elodie under the bus when it came to this and Elodie’s criminal record was not encouraging because she had messed up big time. Tiana’s aunt’s murder, the records of her telling the maid to kill for her, the brief, etc. the list was super long.

It was music to the ears of those who were waiting for her to be caught

and brought to justice.
