Chapter 33
The smell of rotten rats filled the air, light emitted from a little window of the dungeon as Diala is seen pacing around, her mind filled with thoughts. The cry of the older queen alerted her, she glanced at the crying queen as she stuck her face with a napkin, more years pouring out.
With a heavy heart, Diala walked toward her, a tear dropped from her eye, and quickly she cleaned it so as not to appear weak in front of the queen. She bent down toward Queen Arundel who looked up at her with a face soaked in tears.
“ My queen, please be strong,” Diala let out with pain in her voice, her eyes fixed on the older queen.
Queen Arundel trembled around, her body still in shock at the mention of her son’s death, she looked up at Diala whose sad eyes held so much sorrow.
“No!” Queen Arundel said aloud, her eyes broadening as they flickered around in shock. “No! He can’t be dead, my son Robe isn’t dead,” she declared in a loud tone, with great misery in her voice.
