Sterling’s POV

“Mr. Alvanov, your wife is on the line and says it’s an emergency,” Stacey spoke as she poked her head in.

I could tell she was nervous as she was interrupting a meeting I was having.

I glanced over to Leo, my Vice President.

“Can you go over the rest? I need to go see what’s going on.” I spoke as I stood up.

“Of course.” Leo nodded.

I walked quickly out of the meeting room. Stacey walked with me as we headed back to the top floor.

“Did she tell you anything about what this emergency might be?” I asked as I waited for the elevator to stop.

The doors opened and we headed for my office.

“No sir. She just said it was really important.”
