Sofia’s POV

I finished the last stitch of detail on the dress. I stood back to admire my handy work. This was it, this was my dream dress. It was going to be perfect for the ceremony. I could feel the excitement within myself.

I had to share this with someone. I walked to the door of the back room and headed into the store portion of Amethyst. Who better to share my excitement with than my maid of honor?

“Julie,” I called her name to get her attention.

She turned her head quickly in my direction.

“What is it, boss?” She asked.

“Come here.” I waved her over as I spoke excitedly.

She got off the stool she had sat on and headed over to me.

“What?” She had a look of confusion on her face.

“It’s done.” I smiled.

“Already?” She seemed surprised that I had been able to start and finish it up so quickly.

But I had known exactly what I wanted which made it pretty easy.

“Yes. Come take a look.” I grabbed her arm an
