Once again, I’m pulled away from my mate, and it is agony.

But an incursion by Assanan must be answered swiftly. The bastard has the balls to send more warriors over the border after we just killed dozens and delivered their bodies to them. Striking again this fast is a statement.

So, I’ve shifted again, barreling past the gates held open for me and sprinting toward the border, another long run.
