Crystina’s POV

The next time I opened my eyes, the first thing I noticed was the white ceiling and wall. It took a while for my brain to register where I was. The bed right beside me and the little tag on the door gave it away that I was at the Pack’s hospital. I was so weak that I could barely feel my body. It was as if I’d been made into a punching bag. I tried sitting up, but the pressure on my right side made me stop. When I looked down, I was staring at Luka, who was in turn, staring outside through the window, not realizing that I was staring at him.
