Chapter 18
Crystina’s POV
My wolf growled at his choice of words. Not only was I mad, but Kris was crazily angry as well. She rarely gets angry, but anytime she does, it usually goes out of hand. That’s why I keep her out of my head during school hours.
“Over my dead body, Luka. You do not own me, and you cannot tell me what to do with myself. If I want to leave, I’ll leave, and you’ll do nothing about it.”
His hold on my chin tightened. “Look around you, Crystina. Who do you think you belong to other than me? I brought you into this pack, and only I can determine where you go next,” he spat. It was obvious that the conversation was not only between us, but both our wolves were involved.
“NO!” I yelled. “I want to leave, Luka. I’m done with this place,” This was the first time I would be baring my heart out to anyone other than myself. I was so done with the pack and the burdens that come with it.
