Chapter 20. Wolves at Play

Dante’s POV

“What the- …. ah! Rohhhh!!” I moaned as the huge Beta wolf tackled me on the ground and practically licked me all over excitedly with his huge wolfie tongue before he was tearing away my clothes off me.

“Conrad, the warriors are watching you harass another wolf. Do you want us to punish you like other bad wolves?” the authoritative Gamma of the Water Moon Pack deadpanned, although the twinkle in her eye gave away to her feeling of amusement.

Rowland or rather his wolf, Conrad, whimpered at being admonished and looked down at me with puppy eyes.

One soft lick on my face was enough to tell me what he wanted to say- “Want you.”

I chuckled and wrapped my arms around him while Bella led away her warriors to frisk the entire area and took over from the playful Beta wolf.

“You are such a cutie, aren’t you, Conrad?” I asked and chuckled, especially when he licked my face in happiness again.
