Nolan’s POV

I stared at Genevieve from afar standing with her friends and a man. Here I was angry that she left me yesterday and she was busy smiling with a man? As if hanging up on me was not enough.

"Boss, what are you staring so intently at? I’ve been asking you something for a while," Jason said.

"Oh," they both muttered after a while of my silence. I turned towards them.

"What’s going on?" I asked.

"Nothing," they replied with smiles on their faces. We were also on a tour but I didn’t follow the tour guide. I could find my way on my own without following anyone’s orders. The smile on their faces told me something was definitely going on. What were they thinking about? But that wasn’t the most important thing. The most important thing right now was how she was toying with me.

"Why do you think she keeps doing this to me?" I asked them.
