Chapter 60. Mates Are the Worst

Nolan’s POV

I was coming back from a medicine store with some drugs for little kitten when I saw her with Owen. I had been so worried when she told me she had a headache. But I guess that was a lie. We hadn’t even finished our discussion yet and she left to be in Owen’s arms. I threw the drugs away angrily. How could she? Smiling and hugging my enemy after I confessed how I felt to her. Not again. I won’t let Owen take any other thing from me. I stared at them till they parted ways.
