Chapter 221. The Tomb

I couldn't help but stare at the tomb, it looked so ancient, and I don’t know if it was real or not, but I felt like I would have felt something but instead, I felt nothing. 

“That’s interesting,” I replied, my heart filled with nervousness. I was nervous because of this place, I had a feeling that it was not ordinary. It was not just any museum. There was something about it that I could not put my finger on. 

Also, I felt like Darco knew that and that was why he had brought me here. I felt like he knew that this place was like this and maybe felt like it was going to make me feel more connected to my wolf and help me shift. 

The thing here was that yeah, I wanted to shift, I wanted to be more connected to my wolf, but as for the dark alpha, he had other plans for me if that happened. A plan that was not filled with rainbows and hugs; a very dark one. 

I ran my hand through my hair and locked eyes with him for a few seconds.
