Chapter 23. Exclusivity

Walking into the extravagant restaurant, all eyes were on me. I felt very self-conscious about the dress I was wearing even though I loved it. My hands were by the Alpha’s side as he led me to a table that was reserved just for us. 

When we sat down, a waiter appeared. His eyes kept falling on me and when I would glance back, he would look away. 

“Hi, how are you two this morning? How may I get you?” He slid the menus on the fancy table, eyeing me again with a look of mild disappointment. 

Zach picked up his menu and started to order without even looking at it, which proved that he had been to the place a million times. As for me, I felt so inferior, afraid to even touch the menu that stared at me, waiting to be picked up. 

“And you, ma’am?” The waiter asked me. “What would you be getting?” 

To be honest, I wanted to go right back to the Villa. I somehow knew that my scent as an omega had given me away as a low-ranked she-wolf.
