Chapter 53. Restraint

Zach’s presence filled the space, the bathroom’s harsh fluorescent light casting shadows over his sharp features. I could feel the heat radiating off him as he closed the distance between us, his eyes never leaving mine. 

The tension between us was thick and electric, and I could almost hear the unspoken question lingering in the air—how far were we willing to go tonight? Especially since I was still a virgin. 

My throat went dry, and I swallowed hard, my pulse quickening with every step he took. His gaze held a raw hunger that sent a shiver down my spine, and despite the alarm bells ringing in the back of my mind, my body responded in ways I could not control. 

I needed to stop but I did not want to. There was something so intoxicating about him, about the power he exuded effortlessly. “Zach…” I whispered, unsure if I was trying to stop him or urge him closer. 

He claimed my lips once more and before I knew it, his hand had found its way inside
