Isla's POV:

I had crossed the borders half an hour ago but his words filled with venom still stuck to me mentally. I had no plans of running away from the pack. I just wanted to get some alone time.

I wanted to feel the nature and let my wolf run free in the wild. Alpha Rigor was correct about one thing and it was connection with wolf.

In my Primal form, small matters didn't hurt me. My predatory instincts were high on alert and i could hear even a small sound from a few kilometers away.

Relax. That's what I wanted to do.

I sprinted through the forest, feeling the wind in my fur and the earth under my paws. I dodged the trees and leaped over the rocks, enjoying the thrill of the chase. I was not hunting for prey, but for freedom. I wanted to escape the noise and stress of the pack, and reconnect with my wild instincts.

'We can hunt a rabbit for lunch. 'Riley said.

'No, not now. 'I answered with a heavy hear
