Chapter 51. I Miss You

The next morning, Saturday.

Charles had gotten ready in the second room in the house and was waiting in the living room when Anna came out. She had asked him to get ready to take her to brunch with Kel.

"Feeling better today?" She asked him when she was getting into the car through the door he held open for her.

"Yes. Thank you for yesterday," She smiled when he answered and closed the door after her.

Anna sat in the spot that was reserved for she and her friend. She looked around while waiting for Kel to arrive till she saw her standing at another corner, looking lost. Anna called her phone and when her friend turned, she waved and smiled.

"Oh my gosh, I've missed you, Anna," Kel hugged Anna once she joined her a the table she sat.

"I missed you too," Anna hugged back, holding her close for comfort. "There's a lot to tell you, but first..." Anna separated the hug and backed away from her
