Chapter 51. I Miss You

The next morning, Saturday.

Charles had gotten ready in the second room in the house and was waiting in the living room when Anna came out. She had asked him to get ready to take her to brunch with Kel.

“Feeling better today?” she asked him when she was getting into the car through the door he held open for her.
