Riley's POV

Perhaps I was being unreasonable. On one hand, I think there was no point in getting annoyed at Ash but j just could not help myself. Did he think I was so weak that I couldn't solve my issues by myself? That I needed help from him and my friends? Well, he was extremely wrong. I did not need his help. I didn't need anybody's help. There was a knock on the door to the home office.

"Come in," I said.

I thought it was Ash knocking but then Jane walked in with an uncertain look on her face. She was staying with Ash and me until we could find a solution for her. A solution I planned on getting her to talk about with me today.
