Chapter 101. Riley Is Abducted

Riley did not get any reply from Alex and she wondered if he got her message. She was almost pushed to call or message him again but decided against it.

Somehow, she was certain he had gotten the message. Now, she began to think if he believed her since Bob had never told him anything about her.

She looked at the time. According to the time she had scheduled for them to meet, he was supposed to meet her in the next few hours. She had dressed up, waiting. Everything was arranged and in place. After she meets him, she would pack her things and leave with the baby.

She sat down in the small quiet living room for several minutes in thoughts and not long after the tears gathered in her eyes as the thought of Bob lingered in her mind.
