“I have no inkling idea what you are talking about.”

Titus scoffed. “You used my scent after you caused the accident. Why did you do that?” 

“I will talk to him, Alpha. Calm down.” Tyler said. He showed up in front of Titus. Tyler looked at the man. “We are aware of the story surrounding your family. Is this why you are back in Seattle? For vengeance?”

The man chuckled. “If you already know, why are you asking?” 

“You are killing innocent people!” Tyler yelled. 

“No!” He yelled back. “I am killing those who are responsible for the death of my family.” 

Titus looked at Tyler, then back at the man. “So, why get me involved? The hunters think I did it.”

“You have no idea what else they believe you did. I had to use your scent to accomplish my goals. That was the only way to get the hunters to back off and pursue you instead.” He got up. “Now, if you will excuse me, I have some prey to hunt,” he told Titus as he passed him. T
