Chapter 14. Let's Have Sex

Selena appeared to have changed since the last time he saw her. She didn’t resemble the lovely nerd he’d bitten the night before; she was older, wiser, and more experienced this time. He grinned as he watched her and her friends dance. As she spoke to them, he could hear her words. Her friends were taken aback by the changes she had encountered.  

‘Was it his bite that caused her transformation? Has she already begun to turn?’ He thought to himself. She didn’t look to be dead in his eyes, indicating that she would soon transform into a Theta. 

Titus remained there watching as Selena walked toward the crowd and started rocking to the music. Because of the way her body was poised on the pole, he could tell she was about to tumble. If something happened to her, it would have an effect on him as well. He couldn’t break their bond unless both of them agreed, because they were inextricably linked.
