Chapter 17. Show of Concern

Alexander accidentally killed one of the boys, and Max was afraid of him at first, but because he was her brother, she realized she had the same beast with him. Max witnessed how her brother transformed, and she now finds him pretty handsome. 

They were always aware that they were extraordinary kids. Unlike other children their age. 

Alexander and Max both escaped from their foster homes. Max chose to follow him since she didn’t want to be away from him. It was the toughest day of their life as they went through the woods for two nights. 

At that time, the moon was also full. 

Alexander was weak since he was a little wolf. 

They were walking when they heard growling in the distance and realized they had wandered into uninvited territory. Alexander crept inside to steal food for the two of them to eat, but they were caught and punished for trespassing and stealing before being taken to the group leader.
