Maurice's office was filled with silence and everyone was scared of making a sound because they thought that might irritate Maurice. They were ready to keep their silent mode until Maurice felt better.

As the time passed Hadley got more worried because she was not getting any reaction from Maurice, who had just been wetting her shirt with his tears.

Maurice got back to his senses when he felt the place he placed his head on was wet and he knew that was his tears. How could he be a coward? They hurt him but he was still crying over here, he thought and the thoughts alone were enough to increase his murderous intentions.

The temperature in the room dropped more and it got colder just like Maurice's aura grew colder and he removed his head from Hadley's chest and he somehow felt ashamed.

She saw him as weak, what kind of woman who love a weakling like him but before that he has to settle the score with that man.
